Heat then cold. You warm up in the sauna, then plunge into cold water, then rest. The shift between the two is the point — it's one of the most-studied recovery methods in modern physiology. We didn't invent it. We built it into your gym.

Anyone recovering from training, work, or a long week. You don't need to be an athlete. First-timers welcome — staff will walk you through it.

No. KG members pay RM 99/month. Everyone else pays RM 149/month, or RM 49 for a single drop-in. KG membership only affects the price, not access.

Just yourself. We provide towels. Wear a swimsuit — it's what the sauna and plunge are built for. Showers are on-site.

Yes, and it's compulsory. A quick shower before the sauna and before the cold plunge, every time. It keeps the shared water clean for everyone.

Lockers are open-style, covered by CCTV from multiple angles. We'd still recommend leaving valuables at home.

No age limit. Minors should come with a parent or guardian and follow staff guidance.

Yes. Sauna and cold plunge put real stress on the heart and circulation. Do not use the facility if you are pregnant or have any heart condition. If you have high or low blood pressure, a circulatory condition, or any medical concern, check with your doctor before your first session. If you feel unwell during a session, stop and tell staff. Your safety comes first.
