The session

What sixty minutes looks like.

The session is the product. Sauna, cold, rest. Run the loop once or twice — most people do two. Sixty minutes from the door and back to your day.

Arrive

5 min

2F at Kampung Gym Mt Austin. Shoes off, check in, grab two towels. Change into swimwear.

Rinse

3 min

A quick shower before you sweat or plunge. Compulsory before the sauna and before the cold — every time. Keeps the shared water clean.

Sauna

15 min

10-person sauna, 75–85°C. Sit. Breathe. Sweat. Let the heat do its work.

Cold

3 min

Cold plunge, 9–12°C. Three minutes. This is the part that does the most — and the part that's hardest the first time.

Rest

10 min

Sit on the benches. Let your body settle. We tell everyone the same thing: don't skip this. The rest is where the heat and cold actually land. It's part of the work, not the gap between it.

Run the loop a second time: rinse, sauna, cold, rest. Or call it after one. Your body, your call.

Shower, change, done. Back to your day.

First time with cold? Come in, follow the staff, listen to your body. Three minutes at 9–12°C is a lot the first time. Give it a few weeks — for most people it turns into the part they come back for.
