Kampung Gym's neighbourhood run meets icebatu Recovery's contrast therapy. 3.9 km — not a race — through the streets of Mt Austin, then a recovery that actually does something.

Three moves. Nothing more.
Sauna. Opens blood vessels, loosens muscles post-run, starts the physiological shift.
Plunge. Vasoconstriction, anti-inflammatory response, mental reset. The part that sounds harder than it is.
Recovery. The body does the work between cycles. You just sit still.
