This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

Name, email, phone number, language preference, and — for Kampung Gym members — your KG membership number. We also hold booking, payment, and attendance records arising from your use of the facility.

3. How we use it

To manage your membership and bookings, process payments, verify eligibility for member pricing, communicate with you about your membership, and meet our legal obligations.

4. Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

5. Sharing with Kampung Gym

Where you select KG-member pricing, we share only the minimum data needed to verify your Kampung Gym membership status with Kampung Gym. No other personal data is shared with them.

6. Other sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate (e.g. payment and email providers), or where required by law.

7. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us.
