Questions

Do I need the app to visit?

No. The website and your emailed passes work too — the app is just faster at the door.

I joined on the website — same login?

Yes. Same email, same code from your inbox. Sign in and everything is there.

When do passes expire?

The expiry is shown on every pass. Unused sessions lapse after it, and packs run longer than a single pass.

What’s off-peak?

Mon–Thu, enter 8am–3pm. Not valid Fri–Sun, public holidays or after 3pm. Off-peak pass in peak hours? Top up RM10 at the counter.

Can I share a pass?

Yes. Every pass has an ICE code you can send to a friend. One code, one person, one session. Share with a friend — you both come. Shared passes work while the person who bought them is checked in.

Where is my receipt?

In the app: Account → Billing lists every payment.

Can I post my session on social media?

Yes. When you finish, tap Share. The app makes a clean session card with your sauna and cold-plunge times, ready to save or post to Instagram, WhatsApp and more.

How do I delete my account?

Any time — see account & data deletion.
