1. Who we are

Icebatu Recovery is a contrast therapy facility — sauna and cold plunge — located on 2F, Kampung Gym Mt Austin, Johor Bahru, operated by Third Space Wellness SDN BHD (“Icebatu,” “we,” “us”). These terms govern your use of our facility and services.

2. Membership and payment

Memberships are billed monthly and are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and there is no refund for the unused portion of a current month. Pricing is as listed on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice; your rate at the time of joining is honoured for the duration of your continuous membership.

3. Drop-in sessions

Drop-in sessions are single-use and paid at the counter. Access is subject to capacity.

4. Health, safety, and assumption of risk ⚠ Pending lawyer review

Sauna and cold plunge place significant stress on the cardiovascular and circulatory systems. You must not use the facility if you are pregnant or have any heart condition. If you have high or low blood pressure, a circulatory or respiratory condition, or any other medical concern, you must consult a doctor before using the facility. You use the facility voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree to follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions, including the compulsory rinse before each sauna and plunge, and to stop and notify staff if you feel unwell. To the extent permitted by law, Third Space Wellness SDN BHD is not liable for injury, loss, or harm arising from use of the facility, except where caused by our negligence.

5. Facility rules

A rinse shower is compulsory before each sauna and cold plunge. Swimwear is required. Lockers are open-style and monitored by CCTV; we recommend you do not bring valuables. We may refuse or end access for conduct that endangers others or breaches these rules.

6. Conduct and liability

You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for items lost or stolen on the premises.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the facility after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Johor.
