How to request deletion

1. Email contact@icebatu.comfrom the address on your icebatu membership with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Or ask via WhatsApp at +60 19-729 8108, or in person at the front desk.
3. We verify it’s you, process the request within 30 days, and confirm by email when it’s done.

If you have an active membership subscription, we cancel it first — no further charges are made.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, phone, gender, language preference)
• Your visit history and sauna / cold plunge session records
• Your community leaderboard presence and sharing settings
• The personal details on your event registrations

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment and invoice records — kept for 7 years as required by Malaysian tax and companies law, then deleted.
• Health acknowledgment / waiver records — kept for 6 years for legal liability reasons, then deleted.

Retained records are used only for legal compliance — never for marketing or any other purpose.
