WOMEN-ONLY WEDNESDAYS

Wednesday nights are hers.

Every Wednesday, 5–8 PM, the whole space goes women-only — sauna, plunge, changing area — staffed by our female team. Same membership, no separate tier, no extra cost. Bring a friend with your guest pass or a drop-in, and take the room at your own pace.

All other hours are open to everyone.

What to bring

Swimwear and a towel — that's it. Slippers if you like. We've got the rest.

How long

About 45–60 minutes. Sauna 60–70°C, plunge 10–12°C, a few rounds, resting on the benches in between.
